IFOJ scholarship recipient Oquendo Bernard earned excellent results in his 2017 CSEC exams. 
Oquendo sat eight subjects, earning 6 A’s and 2 B’s! We are very proud of Oquendo and what he accomplished. He is an excellent representation of what hard work, discipline and dedication can bring. Oquendo was very gracious in thanking IFOJ for our help, but we wanted to remind him that we are the ones who are grateful to him. We thanked him for using 

so effectively the help we provided, and for being a positive role model for all future scholarship recipients.
